- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in Media Buying (Crypto, Forex)
- Solid understanding of Facebook Ads algorithms and advertising policies
- Ability to track market trends and adapt creative ideas for different geographies
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns in Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries
- Clear understanding of building effective funnels using the CPA model
